Bath Shops

There are many places to shop in Bath and with the development of a large new shopping area it has become even bigger, but here are a few of our picks.

Photo of the Guildhall Market

The Guildhall Market is one of the oldest shopping venues in Bath, having operated since at least the sixteenth-century. With its easily-recognisable dome, part of the market was originally beneath floor-level and the windows of many of these vaults are still. Today, Aranais Health and Bodycare, Bath Humbug Shop, Funtastic! fancy dress and party shop, Gillards tea and coffee specialists, M&K Hardware, Nibbles cheese shop, Parkers Bakery and Fruit ‘n’ Veg, Sew ‘n’ Sew haberdashery and the Guildhall Delicatessens are a few of the varied shops within the market.
