If you are visiting London for the 2012 Olympic games it is easy to transfer from your arrival point (London Victoria coach station) to the Olympic Games venue by underground. To get to the main Olympic Stadium you need to go to Stratford Tube Station via the Jubilee and Central lines (Stratford station is in square C8 in this underground map). The stadium is a 15-minute walk from the station. Although most events are in the Stratford area other locations are being used so check Olympic venues before you plan your route.
